Guaranty Policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation:
A 100% deposit off final fee is required as minimum, in order to guarantee booking.
Or well, through a bank deposit with the following information:

Deposit deadline is 1 week ahead of check-in date followed by sending the bank voucher before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are not allowed, however it is allowed to postpone the arrival date within a period of 3 months
No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Extra person Policy:
Two to four people extra are admitted per room with 2 double beds, and 2 or 4 per room with single bed each one, paying $540.00 per extra person.
Kids Policy:
Minors of 1.20 meters of height count as adult, minors taller these heights are considered adults.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
- In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
- The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
